Skin Boosters in Korea: What to Ask Before Booking

Rejuran and Juvelook are different products. A short consultation checklist is more useful than a treatment name alone.

“Skin booster” is a broad clinic label, not a single formula. The Korea Tourism Organization describes Rejuran as a polynucleotide (PN) product and Juvelook as a poly-lactic-acid-based product. Ingredients, technique and intended treatment area differ.

Start with the exact product and ingredient, the area being treated, the amount used and the number of sessions proposed. Ask who will assess your skin and perform the injections, and request a written quote that includes aftercare.

Plan around your trip

Ask about expected swelling, bruising, small bumps, pain, infection risk, and when to contact the clinic. Tell the physician about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and any recent procedures. A short visit may not accommodate a recommended course or follow-up.

Do not assume that “glow,” pore reduction or volume improvement is guaranteed. Discuss the specific concern you want treated, realistic outcomes, alternatives and whether postponing treatment is sensible for your itinerary.
